Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located right across from Walls Waikiki Beach, offering a great spot close to the beach, food places, and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfy, though they felt a bit mismatched with hand-me-downs. The service was top-notch, with friendly and fast responses to requests. The dining experience was fabulous, although a bit on the pricey side for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, a fantastic location with excellent service and dining options, despite some room inconsistencies.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing and larger than expected, with breathtaking views of the sunset and overlooking the front pool. The eco-friendly features made me feel good about my choice. The room amenities like the LG TV, refrigerator, WIFI, safe, DVD player, coffee maker, and balcony were all top-notch. The view of Diamondhead and the beach was truly spectacular. The only downside was that some noise could be heard from 3 am to 7 am, which slightly disturbed my sleep.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being near everything in Waikiki Beach. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating. However, the dining options could be slightly pricey, and noise levels at the pool area were a downside during my stay.
The hotel is ideally located, just steps away from a beautiful public beach and near various shops and restaurants. The rooms were initially under different names, but the manager efficiently resolved the confusion with understanding. They were clean, spacious, and had a charming beach-themed decor. However, moving rooms interrupted our plans for a day.
The hotel is in a prime location, close to the beach and convenient for exploring. The rooms, while spacious and clean, showed some signs of wear and tear. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us. The dining options exceeded expectations, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for the superb location and friendly service.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room on the 33rd floor offered stunning views of Waikiki beach and the city, which we enjoyed from the balcony. However, the room showed signs of wear and tear with yellowing plastics and cracks in the sinks. The soundproofing was lacking, affecting the overall comfort of the stay.
I couldn't contain my excitement; the rooms had such a lovely decor and were truly wonderful. However, our check-in experience was a bit delayed as the room was not ready until after 3 pm. Also, despite being told the pool closes at 11, it was quite noisy at night due to lack of enforcement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious with a partial ocean view on the 30th floor, providing breathtaking views of the Royal Hawaiian from my two balconies. The comfort of the room made our 5-day visit extremely relaxing. The manager's kind gesture of strawberries for my wife's birthday was a lovely touch, even after a room mix-up that was quickly resolved. However, the dining experience left something to be desired.
